Our own in-house developed control system NMC – Natural Moisture Control gives you total control over the entire drying and storage process in your drying or storage silo. The system works actively to adapt both drying, aerating, and stirring to the actual conditions in and outside the storage space. NMC creates a careful and energy-efficient drying process that gets your harvest ready for delivery. You ensure the quality and value of your grain during the entire storage period.
Active monitoring
The NMC system constantly monitors and analyzes all information from the installed sensors. In case of deviations, it raises an alarm and can also autonomously act using fans and agitation devices that are installed for mechanical control.
Lower energy consumption
The system monitors temperatures and humidity levels both inside and outside the silo, and adjusts the process accordingly based on the conditions.
Freedom and time savings
The NMC system is cloud-based and can be controlled and monitored from mobile devices and computers. You can have full control no matter where you are.
Gentle drying
By adapting the drying process to the surrounding conditions and only regulating the airflow, the system mimics the natural way of drying crops. This results in a gentle process without abrupt changes that could stress the crops and deteriorate the quality.
