Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities

As an Accounting Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing accounts payable and ongoing bookkeeping.
  • Assisting with customer invoices.
  • Recording bank transactions.
  • Participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Handling delivery confirmations for completed purchases.
  • Performing other administrative tasks that support daily operations, such as ordering office supplies.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Relevant education in finance or administration (preferred).
  • Experience with similar tasks (preferred).
  • Knowledge of logistics and customs (preferred).
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
